Weather update

The snow seems to have finally concluded for Iowa. In our neck of the woods in Marshalltown we ended up with an inch to an inch and a half of snow. The precipitation received prior to the transition to all snow amounted to .06 worth of rain. On Thursday morning blustery winds were a factor as well as refrozen precipitation as the temperature dropped below freezing and the 30 degree mark for the first time in a long time. Wednesday`s high in Marshalltown was 34. Going is slow, roads in Marshalltown were partly to mostly covered with snow and ice.
