An early fall heatwave just in time for Oktemberfest in the Marshalltown area. The high temperature on Thursday was 90. So far three schools in the listening area are letting out classes early due to the heat, Marshalltown, G-M-G and East Marshall. No relief in site until next week when there are rain chances in the forecast.
