Video Surveillance helped catch a thief in Marshalltown yesterday. After Marshalltown Police reported to the scene of two vehicle break-ins on Newcastle Road, one of the victims notified police that a credit/debit card had been used. Subsequent video from two area businesses led the arrest of 23-year old Austin Bair. Bair has been charged with a cariety of crimes, including second degree burglary and unauthorized use of a credit card. Bair is in the Marshall County Jail on a ten thousand dollar bond.
