Are you ready to search and pitch all those big items or old can of paints once and for all…until next year?

The City of Marshalltown will let you do just that tomorrow with two different opportunities. One oos the spring clean up for those items that normally need to go to the landfill. City Administrator Jessica Kinser says those items will be accepted between 8 and 11:30 in the morning.

There is also a Hazardous Material drop off day at 1001 Woodland street, adjacent to Riverview Park from 8am to noon for household items only. Kinser says the only cost to get these things out of your house is your labor to get the stuff to the disposal sites.
