It has been just over one year since Unity Point Health took over the operations of Marshalltown Medical and Surgical Center. An elephant in the room is the fact that the hospital is still losing money, but CEO Dustin Wright says the long term prognosis is promising.

Wright adds one of the other factors is regaining the trust of the community, as well as the patients the hospital serves.
