There will be a panel discussion on the issue of sexual assault in Marshalltown on Thursday April 14th at the Marshalltown Public Library. Six expert panelists will be on hand and the event will be moderated by Marshalltown Police Chief Michael Tupper. The start time will be 6:30 p-m.
