Iowa State Fair Press Release: A farm family from Colo will be honored at the Iowa State Fair next month. The McKinney family will receive “The Way We Live” award on Friday, August 19. They are a fourth generation farm family that produces corn, beans, and hay, has a cow/calf operation, and raises sheep. They are among five other families that will receive this award.
