Marshall County Treasurer, Jarret Heil is one of the Alternate Delegates on hand for the Republican National Convention in Cleveland. Heil says he is having quite the time of it there. He says security is tight especially within a one mile radius of the area in which the activities are taking place. He says he spent time on the floor of the Quicken Loans Arena and got to see speeches from Rudy Guiliani and U-S Senator, Jonie Ernst from Iowa.
