There are no weather warnings or advisories for the Marshalltown area Wednesday morning. We have had some wet snow. Roads are snow packed and the going is slow. Grundy and Story counties are in a Winter Weather Advisory while Hardin County is in a Winter Storm Warning. The further north you go the worse things are. Iowa Falls Alden as of press time was the only school to close for the day.  A hand full of schools were delaying two hours, others continue to run their busses on hard surfaces only because of the condition of granular surfaced roads.
