The Marshalltown High School girls tennis team on Tuesday beat Des Moines East at home by the score of 8-3. The boys tennis team won on the road at East 11-0. The girls track and field squad competed at the Waukee Invitational at Waukee: Mallory Henze took 2nd in the discus with a life time best hurl of 116 feet ten inches, Jill Podhajsky was 4th in the event. Regan Mazour was 9th in the high jump, Alyvia Chadderdon was 9th in the long jump.
