The Marshalltown girls golf team beat Urbandale on the road Wednesday by the score of 201 to 215. Emily Vest was medalist with a 46, Kassy Vest shot 48, Emily Hass a 51. Senior track and field thrower Maddux Richardson will be competing in the Drake Relays at Des Moines. The MHS tennis teams will be in action Thursday, the girls at will at Johnston will the boys will host Johnston, both meets will start at 4:00 p-m. In girls golf Thursday, the Linda Bloom Memorial Invitational will be taking place at the American Legion Memorial Golf Course in Marshalltown.
