The Colo-NESCO School District at present is without a playground in Zearing because of a tax misunderstanding. The School Superintendent says they were not aware that the playground land was 248 dollars behind and a buyer Mague Holdings LLC bought it for that price at a tax sale and padlocked the gates. The price tag now,  50-thousand dollars. The school district is working with an attorney to resolve the situation.
