A former staffer of SATUCI has plead guilty in court to embezzling some 83-thousand dollars as part of a plea bargain. According to Iowa On Line Court records 36 year old Amy Howell entered the guilty plea. SATUCI stands for Substance Abuse Treatment Unit of Central Iowa and is based out of Marshalltown. Howell was Finance Director.
