KCCI-TV is reporting that 7 companies are vying to operate dispensaries for medical cannabis here in Iowa! 21 applications were turned in by the Thursday deadline.  These dispensaries will operate with cannabidiol, a cannabis-derived product that contains little to no THC, the compound that creates a high.
