After some push back on the deadline for turning all medically related emergency calls over to the new Marshall County Communication Commission, Unity Point Health Marshalltown is working with the commission to iron out the details. CEO Dustin Wright says after meeting with the commission yesterday, there will be no change until further notice.

Once a timeline is in place for the change of services, it will result in four jobs being eliminated at the hospital.
