With April arriving Sunday, the folks at Child Abuse Prevention Service, also known as CAPS, will be recognizing that April is Child Abuse Prevent Month. That means, among other things, that the “blue kids” replicas will be going up around the community.
CAPS will also be hosting a community forum on April 18th at the Marshalltown Public Library as part of Child Abuse Prevention month.
