The Times Republican is reporting the Jean Seberg Festival will be cancelled this year.  The annual event was scheduled to take place November 10th.  Originating in 2011, the festival has drawn interest all over the globe.   Many of the activities take place at the Orpheum Theater in Marshalltown.  The theater has had to cancel or reschedule events due to the tornado damage.
