More help is on the way for folks still trying to make home repairs in the wake of the July tornado.
Governor Kim Reynolds says that Volunteer Iowa is targeting 400-thousand dollars in state and federal funds to establish a mobile response unit to try and help those folks get their homes into shape before winter sets in.
Volunteer Iowa and Habitat for Humanity will team with Central Iowa RSVP to help supply volunteers for this effort. 12 positions are available in support of the Mobile Response Team.
