The Salvation Army in Marshalltown has set a goal of $145,500 for its holiday fund raising campaign. The Army is hoping $67,500 of that amount will come from donations at the nine Red Kettles around the Marshalltown area, while the remainder is hoped to be raised via its mail appeal.

The Salvation Army will assist 215 families, including 389 kids, to have a happier holiday by sharing donations of food, toys and dollars.
