It always seems to be a little of a perplexing question. How do you promote love in a community. Jody Wunsch, a life coach in town, met another life coach, John Pogachar at a retreat. Pogachar had put up a billboard that just said “love” in his hometown of Spokane. Jody thought, why not in Marshalltown?
So, she and her husband are renting one billboard for 30 days, Pogachar did as well…and they are going up this week on 12th Avenue near the Central Iowa Fairgrounds and on Highway 14 on the north end of Marshalltown. Wunsch says he would like to see others invest in a love billboard, so an account has been set up at Home Federal Savings to either keep the two billboards up for longer than 30 days or add additional love billboards around town
