A Fort Dodge woman was killed in a two vehicle accident yesterday afternoon.

Heidi Beisch was southbound on Highway 17, lost control, as the vehicle spun around. Beisch’s vehicle then collided with one driven by Emily Loughry of Webster City. Beisch was pronounced dead at the scene, just north of the Hamilton-Boone County line.

Loughry and her three children were transported to the Boone County Hospital for treatment of non-life -threatening injuries.
