A Rochester, Minnesota man’s nasty notes has landed him in Jail. David J. Cheney was arrested yesterday on seven counts of Harassment 3rd degree, a simple misdemeanor.

Ames police say there were several reports of notes left on the windshields of vehicles around Ames, giving physical and clothing description of ladies in the car, along with some sexual comments.
