The weather this week has been great for a lot of things, even road construction.
One central Iowa project that had been delayed due to a contractor error earlier this year at the Highway 30 fly-over project in Ames. Tony Gustafson of the DOT shares that one deck on the new bridge was poured this week.
The Highway 14/Center Street project in Marshalltown is still a couple of months away from being completed. Ther resurfacing won’t begin until the rest of the median and other repairs are wrapped up.
