A popular Ames restaurant has new owners, who say they won’t change a thing.

Bernau Capital Partners announced the purchase of Hickory Park from founder David Wheelock.

The Ames Tribune reports a statement from the new owners says Bernau Capital Partners will honor the legacy of the BBQ establishment, adding there will be no changes on staff or day to day operations.
