With the update to the website that keeps track of the coronavirus numbers and other COVID-19 information to the state of Iowa, the numbers are now upgrading in what Governor Kim Reynolds says will be on an ongoing basis. Earlier this morning, the stats show 211 new positive cases confirmed in the state for a total of 15,206, with 12 additional deaths for a total of 367. Two of those deaths has occurred in Marshall County for a total of seven. 18 deaths to date reported in Tama County and 14 in Jasper County.

Confirmed cases of the virus grew by ten since yesterday afternoon in Marshall County to 814. Story County’s number of confirmed cases is now 80.
