At the Chicago
Mercantile Exchange, live and feeder cattle futures ended the day higher on
follow-through buying and the mixed box beef prices during the session.  August live cattle closed $.77 higher at
$96.77 and October contracts closed $1.10 higher at $99.75.  August feeder cattle closed $1.70 higher at
$132.87 and September feeder cattle closed $1.87 higher at $134.45. 

Another round of light to moderate direct cash cattle trade took place on Tuesday.
