Syngenta Group announced its official launch Thursday, uniting
all of Syngenta’s business units.

Syngenta Group, headquartered in Switzerland, is now comprised
of Syngenta Crop Protection of Switzerland, Syngenta Seeds of Chicago, ADAMA of
Israel and Syngenta Group China of Shanghai.

The new structure makes Syngenta Group the global market
leader in crop protection, global number three in seeds, and both the market leader
in fertilizer and leading ag service provider in China.
