This year’s Iowa State Fair has been postponed, but most of the 4-H and FFA livestock shows will go on. Entry systems for 4-H and FFA are open with a deadline of July 10th and the 2020 Fair Special Edition events will be held in August on the state fairgrounds in Des Moines, but there will be changes. While most of the livestock events will be held as usual, some have been canceled including the carcass and performance contests, and no Showmanship classes will be conducted.
