Joann Shirley Toalson, 81, of Tama, passed away Saturday, July 11, 2020 at Montezuma Specialty Care under the care of Pella Comfort House Hospice. Funeral Services will be held Thursday, July 16, 2020 at 1:00 PM at Kruse-Phillips Funeral Home in Tama with Deacon Stan Upah officiating.  It is still proper to wear masks and maintain social distancing. For those not comfortable or unable to attend, the service will be live streamed on Kruse-Phillips Funeral Home and Cremation Services Facebook page.  Interment will follow at National Cemetery in rural Vining. Visitation will be held Thursday, July 16, 2020 from 12 noon-1 PM at Kruse-Phillips Funeral Home.
