A light direct cash cattle trade is underway.  A few deals in Nebraska have been reported at $157 dressed, fully steady with last week’s weighted averages.  There’s also been a few live deals reported in Kansas around $95, that’s fully steady with the week’s earlier business.  And bids have surfaced at $95 to $96 live in Colorado.  Asking prices remain firm at $100 live in the South and $160 dressed in the North.  There was a light to moderate trade that took place in the South with deals mostly at $95, fully steady with last week’s weighted averages.
