The recovery to the beef and pork processing sectors has continued
at a much quicker pace than many industry experts had anticipated.

But, University of Missouri livestock economist Scott Brown says there are some concerns about where that leaves producers for the rest of 2020.  “Combinations of what I think are going to be large supplies of pork and beef on the market-place, coupled with what could be some weaker economic activity, you wonder where that balances out at the end of the day,” he says.
