is concerned about how a recent court decision might impact basis levels this
fall.

Elaine Kub says a federal judge has issued an order to close the Dakota Access Pipeline, and if that occurs it would create a very congested rail infrastructure situation similar to 2013 and ’14 when basis widened to $1.20 under or worse in the northern Corn Belt.
