The Chicago Mercantile
Exchange is expanding trading limits again for dairy products.  For Tuesday’s trading session, limits will double. 

Class Three milk limits jump from seventy-five cents a hundredweight to $1.50.  The block cheese and cash-settled cheese limit will go from seven and a half cents to fifteen cents per pound.  Dry whey limits jump from four to eight cents a pound.
