Donald “Don” D. Sears, age 81, of Union, Iowa, passed away on the evening of July 17, 2020 at Grandview Heights Nursing Home in Marshalltown. A public visitation for family and friends will be held for Don on Monday, July 20^th from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.at the Mitchell Family Funeral Home. Burial for Don will be held on Tuesday, July 21^st at 10:00 a.m. at the Union cemetery with full military honors to take place at the graveside service. Per recommendation from the CDC, masks are encouraged to be worn and attendees are asked to practice social distancing.
