Legislators and Governor Walz have let another opportunity
to bring full Section 179 conformity to Minnesota farmers slip through their hands.
House Ag and Food, Finance and Policy division chair Jeanne Poppe says legislation that would raise the expense cap to the federal level of $1 million was not passed before the second special session adjourned Tuesday.
