The president of the Minnesota Corn Growers says amid rumors that some of the so-called “gap-year” oil refinery waivers will be granted, the message to the Trump Administration remains the same.
“Just follow the RFS and follow the law. That’s all we’re asking.”
Les Anderson is a corn and soybean grower from Red Wing.
He tells Brownfield when the 10th Circuit Court ruled earlier this year that EPA abused its authority when granting refinery exemptions, ag and biofuels groups hailed it as a major victory.
