The 67th Princess Kay of the Milky Way is embracing the unique challenge of representing Minnesota dairy farmers in the midst of a global pandemic.
Brenna Connelly of Byron tells Brownfield there is a lot of uncertainty in the year ahead, but also a lot of opportunity.
“To share our stories through social media and through live videos from our farms. We can share some of our favorite recipes with consumers through videos at our own houses, and I think that’s really where our opportunity lies.”
She says she’s looking forward to meeting people from all over Minnesota.
