Karen Doster is the Director of Youth and School Programs for the Dairy Farmers of Wisconsin. Doster discusses how they use dairy checkoff dollars to work with school nutrition departments to create positive dairy experiences for students, and she explains how educational programs that teach students about dairy farming have changed because of COVID-19.
