Last week’s USDA report indicates a possible record soybean crop for Missouri. Tom Steever spoke to Bob Garino, Missouri State Statistician, National Agricultural Statistics Service (NASS), who says he was caught off guard. “We’ve had good conditions all year, but I was a little bit surprised,” said Garino.
