Both rice and corn harvest are underway in Arkansas.  Rice is 1 percent harvested, 20 percent of the crop is mature and 91 percent is headed.  Sixty-seven percent of the crop is rated good to excellent.  Corn harvest is 5 percent complete with 56 percent of the crop mature and 93 percent of the crop dented. 

Eighty-nice percent of the cotton crop is rated good to excellent and 25 percent is opening bolls.
