Some backers of biofuels are pushing the Trump Administration to announce a decision, before the November election, on those 98 pending requests for small refinery exemptions (SREs).
Iowa Senator Chuck says he would like to see that happen, but he sounds skeptical that it will.
“I wish they would say that they aren’t going to give any of them–before the election. That would be the best thing to happen,” Grassley says.
