President Trump says he has signed an order allowing filling stations to use 15 percent ethanol blends in E10 pumps.
Trump said the decision will make it easier for fuel retailers to offer E15 and will save the industry hundreds of millions of dollars on pump conversions.
The change in policy will still require state approval and it’s not clear if additional EPA rulemaking will be required to implement the change.
