Corteva Agriscience, the maker of the Enlist Duo weed control system, says they are confident in the sustainability and effectiveness of the product as plaintiffs in a recent case against them file an appeal.
Last month, a panel of judges in the Ninth Circuit Court of appeals ruled in favor of continued registration, while saying the EPA should re-evaluate the product’s risk to monarch butterflies.
The plaintiffs are petitioning for a rehearing of that ruling by a larger panel of the 11 Ninth Circuit judges.
