The USDA says that dry conditions pushed crops toward maturity and aided early row crop progress in Indiana last week.

As of Sunday, corn harvest for grain was five percent and soybean harvest was four percent.

Fifty percent of the corn crop has reached maturity and sixty-four percent of soybeans are dropping leaves.
