Milk futures on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange were mostly lower Thursday while cash markets were mixed.

September Class III milk up six cents at $16.31.  October 30 cents lower at $18.15.  November eight cents lower at $18.09.  December 13 cents lower at $17.21.  January through March contracts two to 16 cents lower.

Dry whey unchanged at $0.3850. 

Blocks unchanged at $2.54. 

Barrels up $0.0025 at $1.6325.  One sale was made at that price. 

Butter down $0.0175 at $1.5025.  Four trades were made at $1.49 to $1.5050.
