The USDA estimates 2020 all wheat production at 1.826 billion bushels. That’s down 5% from the 2019 total of 1.932 billion and a little bit less than what analysts were expecting heading into the report, and includes 1.171 billion bushels of winter wheat, 658.64 million bushels of hard red winter, 266.235 million bushels of soft red winter, and 246.147 million bushels of white winter, and 585.990 million bushels of non-durum spring wheat, 530.152 million bushels of hard red spring and 88.838 million bushels of white spring.
