The proposed Green New Deal— which calls for net zero emissions in 30 years— was rejected by both candidates in the presidential debate Tuesday night.
Former Vice President Joe Biden says he does not support the Green New deal.
“I support the Biden plan that I put forward which is different than what (President Trump) calls the radical Green New Deal,” he says.
Biden says his plan would work toward achieving net-zero emissions and creating jobs.
