The USDA says that as of the week ending October 1st, corn, sorghum, soybean, and wheat export inspections continue to run ahead of projections for the current marketing year. The 2020/21 marketing year started June 1st for wheat and September 1st for beans, corn, and sorghum.
Wheat came out at 643,671 tons, up 56,755 from the week ending September 24th and 164,336 higher than the week ending October 3rd, 2019. The leading destinations were the Philippines and Nigeria.
