The Illinois Pork Producers Association is shifting its in-person Pork Expo slated for February 2021 to an online event.
IPPA will host a producer-focused video series in February and a virtual annual meeting to conduct delegate business.
In place of a tradeshow, a catalog will be mailed out in late January.
