President Trump is vowing to continue using tariffs on China if he wins re-election.
Trump told Fox Business Network that his strategy of heavily taxing Chinese products has forced Beijing to make trade concessions and helped American farmers. Trump said record purchases of some ag products are evidence that his aggressive approach toward China is working.
Trump said the tariffs have brought “billions of dollars” into the U.S. Treasury and those funds have been used to support farmers.
